The apartments offer one-bedroom sea-view units, two-bedroom apartments, and ground-floor options. Each apartment has a private bathroom, safety deposit box, and keyless entry with a code system. Bed linen and towels are changed twice during a 7-night stay, and fans are provided for warmer nights.

The outdoor swimming pool is cleaned daily and surrounded by two sun terraces overlooking the port. Sun loungers are available on the terraces and on some private balconies. A solarium area offers additional lounging space, and outdoor furniture is provided on each terrace.

The apartments are 30 metres from the sea in the heart of the old fishing village of Puerto del Carmen. The harbour, coastline, and the island of Fuerteventura are visible from upper-floor balconies. A supermarket is located directly across the street, and a bus stop with service to the main strip is a 5-minute walk uphill.

Reception is open until 2:00pm and provides a tour desk, car hire, and fax/photocopying services. A luggage storage room with shower and toilet facilities is available for guests with late flights. On-site laundry costs €5 per wash, and parking is available on nearby streets.

A golf course is accessible from the apartments, and car hire can be arranged at reception. The old town harbour offers restaurants with live music and a water taxi to the next village. The main strip of Puerto del Carmen is a 15-minute walk, and coastal walks run along the cliffside.
